Other Service Fees:

The fee to re-establish water service  between the hours of 8:00 a.m. and 4:30 p.m. Monday through Friday is $50..

The fee to re-establish water service after hours 4:30 p.m. and before 8:00 a.m., Monday through Friday, weekends and holidays is $75.  

The fee for all returned checks is $40. Subsequent to a returned check assessment, the customer must pay monies due in cash or by money order.

The fee for a delinquent water bill door hanger is $15.00.

The fee for tampering with a District lock is $146.00.

The fee for meter testing is $125.00 (fee refunded if meter over registers).

Fire service, new service installation
Any new fire service, water service, or any pertinent upgrade of water service is the responsibility of the customer. The cost for the District to provide those services will be charged  on a time and material basis as well as a 20% administrative fee. As of 4/01/2025 the estimated deposit and cost for a new 1" water service installation is $15,000.
